U suggesting Singtel management monitor its share price movement and the reason for selling assets? The board meeting will be like this: If the share price is back down to 2.60, we sell this asset. If the share price is back down to 2.50, we sell that asset.....if this idea works there will be no asset left.

Shortists have got there exactly because of this kind of thinking of history repeating itself so hoping for declines so they can buy back at a profit, but then supposing more institutional flows come in, then they get into a trap. So if the shortists buy back in panic, price can really fly.

Business Times reported net institutional inflows into Singtel. The retail has net outflows and are likely the shortists. Now we get into a position where upside is there because of institutional interest, and shortists just waiting to be fried.

Not anytime soon. The satellite bandwidth is so tiny that it takes you a few minutes to send a message. Also satellite communications is meant for when you don't have connection to traditional 4G/5G/wifi connection. It's meant for those in emergency areas like hiking in mountains / remote areas.
So SG being an urban area has no meaning at all The iPhone 14 phones have this feature and the subscription must probably have been priced into the phones. Apple only selling these phones in USA first.
