1) VERY poor sentiment post covid, basically from other HC makers prices hence low stock prices. But market has not considered that Riverstone has backup semicon gloves market in which it is a leader. 2) Funds sold out, especially the big sell out 6%+ major share holder when stock price was around $1. Boss previously picked up stocks from 66c to 70+c so stock is still undervalued at 74c.

Compare FD+Cash for both period = (653689+574603)/(24860+68402)=13.17 times or 1317% This is definitely more than just one word ! (...........................................................) Conversely, share price was 0.928@ 30/12/19 Vs 0.74 @ 30/6/22 , Who can explain ? |

Juz before lunch break , ML sold down @72 but was immdly eaten up ... Also, encountered some fm GS, ABN and UBS but it was benign. Who says no foreign insti inside ?? Similar grp of foreign insti bght @ 83 before Yesterday, UOBKH sold big chunk down but still can' t get RS down south. Suggest analysts look into post pandemic situation for glove sector becz the effficient mkt is fwd looking . Technically, a new Bull culd in the making for RS post pandemic when their results shown improvement on a fair ground comparison. Meanwhile, looking fwd to collect 10sen interim dividend. Those analysts shld recalibrate their thgts on glove counters moving fwd instead of keep using Q/Q comparison during pandemic vs post pandemic. No brainer and who don know there wl be a steep decline in revene/profit if making such comparison. They shld be asking what' s next after post pandemic during normalization.......another few more months we are done with Fy22...... .instead they shld look for clues by looking at Qtr to Qtr for Fy22 to ascertain is there any improvement in revenue/profit and then can make assumptions for next year comparison which shld be at least on fair ground. RS biz model is resilient whether pandemic or not......generating FCF every Q and sharing generously with dividend payout if there is no capex expansion. Rising interest rate environment does not affect them as they are armed with strong war chest and debt free. Mgmt is pragmatic by shifting its focus to cleanroom and special products which command premium pricing......and also building cleanroom infrastructure at every of their location to cope sudden surge in demand.....Opined that there wl be an increase in demand once 5G start rolling out with technology advancement . Essentially, current pricing is undervalue for RS and price wl adust to its equilibrium ..... RS wl rise and shine again. Cheers |

I can tell u there are foreign houses inside RS which comprises a few of them GS, ML ..
Local analysts (behind the curve)still harping that pandemic is over thus dwelling demand for gloves and lower ASP... But in fact RS had shifted it's focus more Twds to cleanroom and special products which command premium in pricing. Reality check showed RS had performed better than it's peers and wl be ramping up their prodn year end . Wl see better financial results in comparison during normalisation moving fwd. With interim dividend comparable with last year during pandemic, what can u ask for more where most of its peers can't. Cheers |
