If merge does go thru, end of merge, the P/B is 1 at 0.07 per share.... Chevron the hottest oil and gas is 2.3 P/B Marine platform builders is capital intensive industry. After merge, what do you think will be the P/B ? DYODD |

If at the end of the 2022 , if ratio is around 1.3 : 5.1 (where SCM is 1.3 and keppel is 5.1), merge will go thr coz kachang puteh.... If it is big diff, then , shareholders definitely vote no. If vote no, possible scenario (must even out, someone must pay) a) Temasek buying over b) Like Keppel, SCM borrow $$$ and give shareholder dividend. c) Merge fail The definitive agreement is not death sentence to SCM (doom 7cents after merge) ... I am not advising people to buy but SCM can hold... |

SCM last official net order book is 1.3 billion as in 31st December 2021 On end of feburary 2022, SCM secured 10 projects for ballast water management system installations and scrubber retrofits, as well as advanced orders for repair and upgrate of 13 LNG carries and refit of three cruise vessels. On March 23rd, SCM win landmark wind turbine installation vessel. Estimated at least worth is 600million by analyist. In 1st half of 2022, they expect to win ANATARCTIC SUPPORT VESSEL - estimated at least worth is 600 million by some forumers. Projected new order book 1.3 billion + 10 projects (won in feb 22) + 600million + 600 million = 2.5 billion + unknown 10 projects order. Conclusion : There is a chance SCM may have even more net order than keppel OM in end of 2022. |

SINGAPORE - Come 2027, a new garden will open alongside the Founders' Memorial in Marina East, with recreational spaces offering city skyline views, wetlands and a trail tracing Singapore' s greening efforts. The 30.38ha Bay East Garden is slightly bigger than half the existing 54ha Bay South Garden, home to Gardens by the Bay' s Supertrees and domed conservatories. The new garden will be the second of three gardens that form Gardens by the Bay to be completed. An MRT station there will open in tandem with the memorial.Gardens by the Bay told The Straits Times that Bay East Garden will be a green oasis that complements the Founders' Memorial. " Sitting on reclaimed land by the Marina Reservoir and overlooking the city skyline, it reflects how Singapore overcame land and water constraints to build one of the most liveable cities in the world," it said. It added that Bay East Garden will tell of Singapore' s greening efforts over the years, as well as recall how the country has addressed water constraints. The garden will be divided into two zones, themed past and future. Taking pride of place in the garden will be the Founders' Memorial, and there will be multiple pathways leading to it - these collectively symbolise multicultural Singapore. The memorial - meant to commemorate Singapore' s first-generation leaders, their values and the early nation-building years - comprises spaces that celebrate the country' s milestones, such as exhibition galleries and a viewing gallery facing the city skyline. A main garden trail forms a loop that extends from the Founders' Memorial, linking the garden' s two halves. On it, visitors will be led from the memorial through themed gardens, where they will learn about Singapore' s changing approach to greenery over the years. Tell you what I am not happy, out of $5.1b that is in KOM order book, rightly part should be with SMM. Instead of just $1.3b. Anyway they knew ultimately $6.1b will be in the NewCo Bayberry Whatever as PM lee said the wedding bell is ringing. You should happy and not sad
