There is already a promised dividend coming next & historically RS has been very well known in sharing profit with shareholders. Can check their past dividends. I think next fat dividend coming soon. Management has announced Phase 7, 8, 9 through the end of year 2024, to reach a capacity of 15 billion gloves. This is estimated to cost RM 240mil for 3 phases. The current bank balance is RM 1,600 million. It does not make sense for this to be just left as Fixed Deposits. &bull What is the plan for this money? &bull Since this is not going to be used for expansions, why is management not returning this money to investors as a Special Dividend? &bull - - RM240 million for future expansion - RM100 million for working capital and contingencies - RM100 million allocated for FY2022 tax payment - Total of RM1,040 million utilised, 65% of RM1,600 million &bull Depending on cash outflows and balance will be paid as dividend in stages when appropriate
