Bro MANFREDTMK,

1. During the last RI, TH has already said that they wanna continue to float SM in the market. But these negativists cook and cook stories for privatization.

2. If TH really wants to privatize SM, they should do it at $0.08. 

Total number of shares not own by TH = 14.28b
If privatized at $0.12 = (0.12-0.08) x 14.28 = $0.5712b. Which means TH has to pay $0.5712b more at $0.12. That works out to be $1.7b at $0.12 for the balance shares TH not owning. 

3. Indirectly, these negativists admit that SM is in much better shape and market conditions are much better for SM&rsquo s industry. That is the ground they keep saying TH privatizing SM. This is what I am super happy to hear

We all know but market does not know the worth of SM and this industry. Perhaps what Better stated may be true, a lot of negativists may be employed by someone to press down the price and create negative sentiments.

Market is imperfect and controlled by BB. If BB has different agenda, that is to collect and then help the offer or to pivatize, what incentive they have to push it high, the lower the merrier.

So when TH offers at 0.124, it will be fair though unreasonable. Fairness probably defined as (higher than market price). IFA will make the proposal to ID who will make to minority shh, the usual protocol. A probably case of conspiracy theory up to our imagination.

So we can see huge collection now and then but the marvel is that the price is not drastically pushed up unlike the Rexes and the Geos, unless nearing to the announcement time, we will see a surge.

Hope you understand where I am coming from.

SM would have got the same amount of $1.5b from the Rights issue by setting the Rights issue at 1.5 Rights @16cts for every 2 SM shares. This will yield the same $1.5 billion, but the difference is the ex-rights price will be 18.285 cents. Hence, the share price would not have to go into a viscous cycle of falling to 8 cents. Very controversial Rights pricing that was queried by SIAS. Minority shareholders always take the brunt. But, we can now see that past mistake is gradually corrected, and most importantly, Good Karma will follow. Never ever underestimate the disastrous consequences of bad Karma, excruciating pain and sorrow.

I saw a forummer posted a quantitative 3rd party stock analysis to assess under or overvalue stock. I saw fair value of SM at 0.37.
