Loh Chin Hua has a duty to fight for KC SHs interest

1. Consolidation 10:1, SCM becomes 83c
2. Rights issue at 40c

All share holders pay SCM 4.3c to keep SCM

I notice that unlike you, some forumners here dont seem to know much about quantitative analysis, Financial markets, Financial analysis, Investment analysis, Corporate Finance.  They speak with plenty of emotions but cant back up with facts.  They shouted 12c, 30, 40c for SCM.  They  may be shocked when what' s to come is finally revealed.

I am waiting to see whether merger comes through.  The fact that it is Mar 2022 and nothing is finalised means that hard bargaining is on.  From SPH' s saga, Loh Chin Hua may not let SCM have what it wants.  Also whether it is RI to fund operations and merger or bank loans may still be discussed.  Looks like terms will not be favourable for SCM, hanece the protracted delay

 Alert Admin 		Funny thing is some companies made more then 1.5billion profit for decades also share price never move up for decades then SCM losing billion a year and I am hopeful Dunno la how it works

 Alert Admin 		Don?t come another rights issue should be happy liao. At this rate of burning cash. With 1.5b the most it can last 2 years. Now keppel will need to think twice about merging with them. Who will want to merge with a cash burning company. Let?s see.

Company level, SM fares significantly better. Cashflow chest is stronger than before. Leverage lowered. Projects completed and turn to cash. Manpower issue settled as economy opens up with endemic approach for Covid.

Industry Level. Needs no further explanation.

I do not see the price dips below 8 cents anymore. Today and coming few days will probably be the final round of flushing.

Nobody can control the share price but with the massive float, I sense some Bb has been collecting over the last 6 months or so.

Poise for a big push waiting for the final piece of jig saw to form as the grand majestic picture.

March 2022 should be the turning point.

Aiyou, you still talk and talk. You have already lost your credibility. You said for many months that SM left with only $790m. But last Friday' s result already proved you wrong. SM has more than $1.1bil
 
And before last Friday' s result, the estimated loss was about $1.5b. Again, the whole year losses was much lesser than $1.5bil.
 
With these two factors, SM' s not better off meh? With of your eyes suggests otherwise?
 
To those said no contract, hello by next month, after the merging, they would have more than $6bil contracts. Of yeah, now you guys change the goalpost again. Tell the whole world only 2% margin even with $10b contracts. Go back and sleep lah. You guys not arguing with facts.
 
KOM has the ability to get contract, while SM has the best yard. Not the good candidates for merger meh?
1 + 1 = more than 2. Go and ask your teenager boys is that no the right equation, please.
 
Oh yes, can tell your anxiety. Talk and talk no stop since last Friday. Need not worry too much if you are not holding on to short positions, why need to blah, blah.
 
But if you are really holding on short positions. Be a man. Please have the gut to admit than keep saying SM not you cup of tea. If really not your cup of tea, why keep blah blah no stop since last Friend?
