Oil price 90 plus, still no contract award to SCM. So charm. too many offshore rigs which is more than enough for all offshore drilling activities. Oil boom in 1980, offshore oil rigs built between 1981 to 1985, oil price crashed after 1985. Zero offshore oil rigs were building between 1985 to 2005. Oil price crashed in 2015 last time, so, market don' t need any offshore oil rigs at all till 2035. What is still in demand in offshore oil field are production facilities such as Jacket Platform or FPSO only. All vessels or rigs which are used for offshore constructions are more than enough for the present explored or discovered oil field. SCM which is 2.8Bil market cap at 8+cents is not cheap at all.

Good result, dump and collect at low before result release, pump up after good result out like Keppel Corp. Bad result, pump and distribute at high before result release, gap down after bad result out like SCM.
