They will lose a lot more than investors.  But can' t deny that it appeared the company wasn' t well-run. They caused their white knights Chiyoda and NYK to lose more than $500m in 6 months and cause so much embarrassment for the Japanese management. Trust me, I know the Japanese - once you lose their trust, you won' t get a second chance. Who would dare support Ezra and Lionel after he screwed Chiyoda and NYK this way?
