 Alert Admin 		New variant in Africa is more transmissible than Delta variant and more resistant to existing vaccines. Such one case found in HK, This has aroused global travelling attention. More European countries Covid surged recently.

According to my broker, as a result of big institutional investors ' mood swing' , there is no guaranttee that Singtel will soar from 1 Dec 2021.

Keep defensive Singtel as a long term investment!

Singtel will mostly likely soar after the end of 30 Nov! 30 Nov just after 5pm is high time for big shortists to make a big buyback. For now, don' t sell low and low to winning shortists.

I heard that Comfortdelgro could be replaced by Olam in the STI by FSTE Russell. Accordingly, CIMB removed Comfortdelgro as its top pick stock.

 Alert Admin 		Buyers came into absorb the 5 ml short.    Past few days since 18 November the shorting has been in range of 1mil to 5 mil, but the crosses on chart indicate buyers are also fishing for a good price.    Could also indicate a bottoming out phase for price to shoot up.

 Alert Admin 		It is November, is msci Singapore rebalancing month, to increase more SEA ltd weightage. Banks are not dropping much so most likely funds are selling Singtel to buy more SEA. Once rebalancing is completed, Singtel will go up $2.50 again!

 Alert Admin 		U are right , this recent set of result is help luckily by its associates ....and hope the coming qtr by recovery ( opening up) 
In actual fact, look at he recent stock buy back of 680K @2.46/7/8 .....means this management has LOST $680k daily for SH for each day of buy back
( some may claim its for stock options ....u hv mths to do stock buyback / and keep in treasury ...lol ) 
Whatever, I still say this management need A BIG reSTRUCTURING>   ...Singtel is a giant ...it cant grow once in a blue moon. 
It need big changes, big cut in cost ( expenses has increased) .....big change with someone who can move this Telcom at digital speed.

now    its profit on operating activities,513mio, share of result of associates and joint venture, 770.3 and net profit 959.

next year will be??? a 959mio, PE is about 21. as compared to starhub PE of 14.71 and clear foreseeable result as per latest result. it explain starhub on the rise and singtel on the down.

It is really a STUPID management move to have 3 cuts on its dividend ....totally sending out the wrong message to its shareholders. 
Fm 6.8c to 5.1c and this latest round 4.5c ( even when profit doubled ) .Expenses went up .....time to CUT all payroll of its management 
Increase dividend payout to SH .
