See Shen Yao' s replies to SGX and the GPG low risks grade given by auditors, I think Shen Yao is still a winner. Weighted Average price today is 0.0026 despite the fact that someone tried to set day end close price at 0.002 Just my two cents worth, please do your own due diligence if you want to invest in this counter. If i trade once or twice a year, my gain is at least 100% or more. Don' t buy shares to trade, buy the business. |

The current major issue is the audit. Do yourself a favor and do your own homework and at least go and read up regarding company audit and the significance of ' disclaimer of opinion' by auditors. After reading and understanding, you decide if you still want to continue to believe the promoters who obviously do not understand. |

This is not spreading fear, same as hock, this is the response I have when I started telling people to be careful since a few months back. And even till now people are thinking up excuses to feel better., We are all adults we can balance the risk and returns, And people who talk like u in the past saying SY Good la , why spread fear la, blah blah blah, got prospect la are all making u turns now. Comments are about the audit and it' s out in sgx. You call this spreading fear? there are people who wish to clarify about the audit and that' s why some of us who are familiar provides the clarification anyway, don' t anyhow try to accuse me of asking other to buy. Forumers are smart to dig my past comments to see if I ever ask people to buy. continue with your dream and all the best i won' t say for sure this counter is completely gone case. But base on the currently situation, it doesn' t look good and will continue to look the same way unless the management is able to provide satisfactory answers to the audit comments and sgx query. Obviously their excuses were not accepted by Ernst and Young and that' s why EY still provides a disclaimer fo opinion after receiving SY' s explanations. Or you happen to know a BB who can help you to provide a glimpse of hope. But I doubt you have such contacts or else you won' t be trying to mislead people here. Assuming you have contacts, I am sure your contacts are more literate to understand the audit and will stay far far
