Auditor' s report is very important to both investors and also authority because it involves taxation. There auditor has doubt over the finances of the company   the Auditor has doubt over the company ability to sustain business and queried over few issue such as lack of information provided by the company etc etc(as stated in the auditor' s repor). Sgx also queried That' s why I said there are many other counters.
