Over the years, Sze Hao' s spouse, Laurel Investments Pte Ltd, Cosmos Investments Pte Ltd and FH Lee Holdings Pte Ltd have been accumulating around $0.37 to $0.39, but on the frequency of 1 or twice yearly individually by these parties deemed interest to the directors. These directors have stopped buying directly for some years liao.

not just singhaiyi effect.    Sing Holdings' CEO, Lee Sze Hao' s wife bought 99,000 shares at $0.375 on 9/11/2021, the first time since she bought 300,000 shares at $0.405 on 20 feb 2020 https://links.sgx.com/FileOpen/_Form%201_11.11.2021_LSH.ashx?App=Announcement& FileID=690425

Could be the SingHaiyi effect. Yet another property development co. privatised.
A simple desktop valuation at 78% P/B, will put Sing Holdings above 60 cents, notwithstanding some of Sing Holdings investment properties are valued at cost.

Top coming soon for Parc Botannia , at the same time a launch for North Gaia EC end Feb 2022 onwards. Australia international and state borders. Could be an interesting period on a firm footing. Profit estimates for North Gaia likely are higher than as planned last year.
Dividends there would be - but a dividend growth stance would certainly trigger a change in investor interest. This, possibly also lead to a higher P/B, due to a higher ROE. However, I am not sure if BOD willing to go on this path - as - how will a higher share price benefit them, unless if they would like to raise funds. Targetting, in the meantime, at a new range of 40s in the upcoming months. And as we run up to Feb period |

Certainly, keen believers would just accumulate position, and wait for market to realise the value.   | ||||

in the meantime, the NAV will continue its march towards $1.00 by the time the EC TOPs while share price languishes at $0.37.  surely at some point, this discount to NAV will be narrowed, at least by a bit?  SH' s track record has been pretty decent, never overleveraged in the past 10 years and if anything, extremely conservative.  It has paid dividends from 1c to 1.85c per year unlike some which don' t even pay a decent dividend.

according to the H1 results, EC will TOP in 2024.  That means the big dividends will only come in FY2023 at the earliest and FY2024.  next 2 years maybe eat grass with 1c div per year i think haha.1c/37c = 2.7% div yield, while not high is still ok to be paid to wait with limited downside for me.

there was a big seller who threw down  $0.37 and $0.365 but the buyer which re-emerged at $0.37 looks like a fund topping up purchase in blocks of 70k shares once the first 70k shares is filled.  so we know there is a serious buyer at $0.37 but this buyer has been very patient over the last few months, has not even bought at $0.375 and had been waiting patiently for the disillusioned to sell at $0.37.

Of the 6 EC projects which still have units to sell, the total balance is currently 237 EC units across these 6 projects.  There should be minimal competition when Sing Holdings launches its Yishun EC in H1 next year.

Billion Dollar Club 2021Sing Holdings is sector winner APAC Realty, Aspial and Alset ace their respective categoriesThe Edge Singapore    Published on Fri, Sep 10, 2021 / 7:00 AM GMT+8 / Updated 1 days ago
In a rare occurrence,  Sing Holdings  and  Aspial Corporation  were tied as joint winners for the best earnings growth category for real estate firms in the Centurion Club. However, Sing Holdings did better elsewhere and has been named overall sector winner.   Aspial Corp managed a CAGR of 54.2% in the three financial years in which this year&rsquo s awards were taken into consideration. Sing Holdings, on the other hand, achieved a CAGR of 71.1% in the same period. However, based on our methodology, we have input a multiplier effect to even the big spikes from year to year seen in certain companies of certain industries &mdash and the real estate sector is one of them. As such, both Aspial Corp and Sing Holdings end up with a score of 15 points each for the joint winning tie. Aspial Corp, besides its property development interests, is equally known for its jewellery retail business as well. For Sing Holdings, it is more of a pure-play property firm. The company was founded in 1964 and listed on the Singapore Exchange in 2007. Over the years, under chairman Lee Sze Leong and managing director and CEO Lee Sze Hao, the company has undertaken a whole string of projects of different types ranging from landed houses, condominiums to commercial and industrial buildings. Some of its residential projects include Robin Residences at Robin Drive, Waterwoods in Punggol and The Laurels at Cairnhill Road. It developed the Ocean Towers in Shanghai as well.   |
