Why shares not moving up? If big players want to make money, these news would be perfect for them to move up the price. Trading volume so high, but price stuck, very obvious they are distributing the shares which they collected between 0.02-0.03 Once they finish distributing, there will be free fall. They will collect again at 0.02 level. This is how it works.  I suspect big players are one of the forumers here, trying to talk bullish always and trap more people.
