In the above Keppel' s statement, it just said that KC will receive shares. In Chartexpert123' s mind, it is 50%. In my mind, it is 10% to 15% of total SCM shares. Under the MOU between Keppel and Sembcorp Marine, it is envisaged that Keppel and the Combined Entity will enter into a strategic partnership, pursuant to which Keppel will hold 50% of a 50-50 joint venture that will be established between Keppel and the Combined Entity (& ldquo  Strategic Partnership JV& rdquo ). This would allow Keppel to continue accessing Keppel O& M& rsquo s capabilities required for its projects, on terms to be agreed. The scope of the Strategic Partnership JV will be subject to final agreement between the parties concerned. In addition, subject to regulatory review, the Combined Entity will be the preferred EPC partner for Keppel& rsquo s projects where the Combined Entity has the relevant expertise. The 500 mill is due to Kep Corp superior order book in lieu to the shareholders the left hand chop off like Yul Bryner in the movie. Then combine entity assume the total order book and hopefully Chiong win 3 billion contracts more in black or green energy RU what have not. All I am saying is .. how is it possible with superior order book that share price drops lower? It may but it will be psychological short term scare tactic Just like REX International

The total share will be between 2-4bil or even lesser, listed price will be valued based on market capitalization. The combined entity will definitely be one of STI index components, so listed price will be above 1 dollars. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	This is not prediction, this is condition. Once merge, the new entity has to pay keppel Corp 500mio extra cash in order to form a joint venture of 50-50%. This 500mio is widely recognised by market which keppel o&m is superior than sembmar as a compensation to keppel Corp to discharge their subsidiary, or else, it has to be a 55% to 45%. The 500mio is from the new entity, if it is renamed as keppel o&m limited, the cash is from this entity. Sembmar will be converted to 50% equivalent shares. More and more sembmar existing shareholders will choose to sell off sembmar shares and buy keppel Corp shares when they are convincing with the price rally of keppel Corp and price stagnant of sembmar.
