The last i check is many countries including the one we live in are struggling to cope with the pandemic. USA and Europe too are seeing increasing cases.. Yes, ASP will drop but it will come to a level when margin are good enough for new players to continue the biz. Otherwise, they will close shop due to losses incurred. We are talking about gloves and not masks. So there is no Buy 1 get 1 free biz here. My take is Riverstone , UG and Top Glove are all over sold due to current sentiment and nothing else. Many contra players and margin holders force sell their shares i think.. Fundamentally, they are worth much more and soon we will see it moving back to its right valuation. So what' s left is that the only people doing the buying are retail players. We have seen what 1 year of " only retail players are buying" has done to the stock price. So if this continues, and I think it will, ie. the only people buying are retail players, what will happen to the stock price 1 year from now ? Up, up and away ? In a year when there was supernormal profits, this stock did a London Bridge is falling down. What more when there is no more supernormal profits.  Now you know why people who are inside wants to get out and people who are outside dont want to go in. People who have money and looking for a good place to park wont be stopping by here. They will drive right past this vacant parking lot. That' s my take. In the initial stage of the pandemic, all the PPE manufactureres were caught with sudden surge of demands and supplies were short and drove up the prices just like the masks. As this PPEs don' t need highend technologies to produce, more and more manufacturers join in the game to take a bite of the cake other than the bigger ones beef up the capacity. Now the demands are met and the glove prices are stablized. The prices will drop if the gloves are over produced.
