My point is that we cannot remove either " Other Operating Income" and / or " Other Operating Expense" as the two numbers represent business decisions that are intertwined. Like a catch-22 even. What would be interesting for a long investor is how Oceanus continues to maintain its profitability despite this increase in workforce. We know they are actively hiring, and it' s an intentional part of their growth plan. What i am comforted with is the numerous breakthroughs like the recent China Resource Global partnership that would serve to increase the Revenue streams to Oceanus as well. Checked the first half 2021 financials, did not see any spending or capitalization relating to tech, digitalisation This Co likes to announce this and that.. like working to exit Watchlist, going to be difficult as 1H 2021 it shows a loss if we exclude non operating income like foreign exchange gains and workflorce jobs support scheme.

He doesn' t realise he is not funny. He spread false allegations that Oceanus' s management orchestrated a pump and dump scheme in Feb 2021.  He went hiding after Oceanus threatened to investigate. In explaining the SGX delay, he suggested that a trading company like Oceanus could " easily manipulate their financial statements" .  He ignores the fact that Oceanus' s accounts are audited and achieved a " clean" audit opinion for its FYE 2020 accounts. He appears to have a personal agenda against the management of Oceanus. He goes from " SGX Exit has been priced in" to " SGX Exit will not happen" within the same breadth. He wilfully ignores the facts of Oceanus business growth, and selectively quotes financial numbers out of the context of the entire financial statements. He claims Oceanus' s business plan of tech-up are just " stories" , when he doesn' t see a financial impact after 3 months of said announcement. He aspires to be a share price fortune-teller but has a lousy track record so far.  He doesn' t know that even a broken clock is right twice. He appears to hold a valuation method of companies that is outdated and irrelevant for a growth company.  Many have tried to educate him to no avail. He confessed that he is not invested in Oceanus, and is too afraid to short it.  He has no skin in the game.  Yet, he occasionally surfaces to talk smack. Be careful of some bad actors on these public forum.  Opposing views and investment thesis are welcome, but it becomes dangerous when they are founded upon lies and ill intent.
