The company is still sitting with some cash. That's said the problem is the company does not know how to grow further. Anyway, just opinion only lah, while not disagreeing with your jovial observations.

It is the overall downtrend in the healthcare/glove industries since Sep/Oct last year.. From the date of my post till today, the share price of these stocks was respectively as follow. Top Glove (SGX) 1.61 to 1.24 (23% down) Riverstone (SGX) 1.33 to 1.24 (7% down) UG Healthcare (SGX) 0.58 to 0.52 (10% down) Medtecs (SGX) 0.95 to 0.60 (37% down) Hartalega (BURSA) 9.40 to 7.21 (33% down) Supermax (BURSA) 4.24 to 3.17 (25% down) KOSSAN (BURSA) 3.77 to 3.21 (15% down) Careplus (BURSA) 1.59 to 1.75 (10% up) Rubberex (BURSA) 1.13 to 0.82  (27% down) Medtecs took the most hit (from its peak too) as it har risen the most (in percentage) in the similar period from Mar/April 20 to Aug/Sep 20..Just a sharing for those who keen. In fact, it is one of the counters that experienced the least percentage fall in the period I mentioned. Probably due to the strong earnings that have caused it sustained in some way. It&rsquo s the overall downtrend in the industry. So my take is to ask constructive and relevant questions during the webinar, nothing much the CEO could help in this. Look at Top glove, Directors and EPF have been buying, has it spared from the downtrend? No. When the overall industry will rebound is to anybody' s guess. Meanwhile, you should decide how would you want to allocate the funds in your hand.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	st my 2 cts worth on fundamentals: On expenses: 1H 2021 Distribution & selling expenses + Admin expenses over Revenue was high compared to 1H 2020. Management said it' s due to higher promotional and marketing expenses. Okay fine. I do not think these two expenses in 2H 2021 will be as high as 2H 2020 as lower projected revenue means lower freight-out and commission expenses. Finance expenses will be negligible with the redemption of loan. One thing the management has to do is to rein in wages and salaries, which jumped by over 10m in 2020. It' s okay to pay yourself good bonus when sales and profit are good, but when results is down everyone should suffer together.    On outlook: For 2H outlook, North America which is a huge market has been a bright spot in 1H and I hope the trend continues. Asia Pacific will depend much on the government stockpiling cycle. If it doesn' t come in 2H, it will come in 2022 or 2023 as eventually the stocks need to be replenished or expired. Unless MT is no longer the partner.    On numbers (1H 2021) NAV: US$0.3426 or S$0.46 Cash: US$61.1m or S$0.15 Receivable: US$47.6m or S$0.12 EPS: US$0.0349 or S$0.046 Alas, looking at the numbers alone, I don' t think my double average down target of $0.20 will be reached. As long as the company generates positive cash flow on operating activities, I am not that concerned at the current price level. The management can buy back a bit of shares as confidence booster. I hope it does not pay a generous dividend as some heartless people would sell immediately after the cheque is in. Cash should be conserved for M& A and other opportunities. Or leave it to boost the book value until S$1!!! 🤣

x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	IMHO For those investors who have suffer loses longing this on the high.  My advise is...... get a hold of yourself, get a hold of your emotion and do not  procastinate any longer.  Take an unbias look at the company and where the company will likely be quarters down the road and make that decision and game plan.    Do not  procastinate, do not just blame others for your action and decision or you will end up sinking lower.

Let just say for the sake of argument they can maintain their profit for the rest of the quarter (which i highly doubt so) 20 mil per year with the price today translate about 15 PE. This is already being optimistic that their profit will not drop further. Hoping it to go 1 dollar??? Yeah market can be irrational sometimes but it's to trap next stuckist. Wouldn't bet money on tha
