x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Yes exactly.  Every merit can be rubbished away by forcing a comparison with a better result.  The sad thing is many new investors might get misled by these fear-mongering and miss out on making profit alongside the growth of the company. One good thing though is the many new investors joining in the Oceanus family.  Definitely makes the journey of earning money together more enjoyable!    I have invested since $0.006 and my money remains with Oceanus until the growth story changes.  Trust me, I hold a big bag.  This is the rare opportunity to 1) get in ahead of the institutional investors, 2) at the start of a clear, well-charted growth phase, and 3) with the key management having skin in the game by investing at a higher price (than currently). If you are going to be waiting for the share price to fall below a " fair valuation on paper" , then it is likely you would not have invested in equities for the past few years (Because everything is so expensive!).  Still, I am sure many here have benefitted from the equities and tech run in recent years. As many have pointed out repeatedly to the ignorant bears, Oceanus is on a growth trajectory, with a clear business plan that the management has continued to deliver so far.  If the plans come to fruition, Oceanus will be worth a lot more in a few short years than it is today. Since bears typically don' t do their homework, let me rehearse once more for deaf ears the gameplan: Phase 1:  Clean Up  (2015 &ndash 2017) Phase 2:  Build Up  (2018 - 2020) Phase 3:  Tech-up  (2021 &ndash 2023)  2021: Establish Network &ndash Develop IPs and build network of key partners 2022: Global Deployment &ndash Global deployment of Oceanus FoodTech Hubs 2023: Increase Company Valuation &ndash Establish Oceanus as one of the world&rsquo s leading industry players We have already completed the tedious phase 1 and 2, and are on the positioned to ride the wave of growth of phase 3.  Look at 2023 especially!  Wouldn' t not it warrant at least a proper investigation into Oceanus as an investment,  especially  given the fact that the CEO and largest shareholder have invested at $0.041 and $0.042 per share?  Why put on those smarty-pants and try to be a contrarian for the sake of doing so? That is why SGX needs to make a decision once and for all.  It removes the uncertainty that otherwise abounds for fud and fearmongering.

It seems it have managed to clock close to SGD50m second half 2020, and thats just at the start of its distribution business. So at this rate, I' m not surprised to see it far higher 2H 2021 results. Especially so when consumer goods demand usually tends to peak in second half. At that point, I dare say this " high operating income" may be considered a non-issue.  3. TRADING BUSINESS = MORE LOANS Yes trading business needs cash, but I really dont understand why this is so alarming. You need cash to churn goods no? It really comes to the level and speed of turnover Oceanus can achieve in second half, which is back to my point 2 above. I' m generally quite excited about this.    4. DIGITAL PLATFORM This appears to be an industry disruptor and a game changer if played right. I' m not worried about timeline as of yet since this was announced at AGM recently in April.  I' m sure we all cannot wait to see this fly asap, but rome wasn' t built in a day was it? So in conclusion, I feel that calling pple out as " ignorant" , " out of their minds" , " jokers" or slinging dirt based on the nitpicking of selective  points above is really quite shortsighted. Or just generally disgruntled about life in general. But i choose to focus my effort on analysing the company and not you.  Peace! Look at the huge amount of OTHER OPERATING INCOME, 6.6 million. They are mostly FX gains, without this, they actually made a loss. There are FX gains and there will be FX loss, there maybe a huge FX loss in the future. 3. As I said before, trading business takes up a lot of cash, that is why you see a big increase in loans, given the thinner and thinner margin of this business, this is dangerous. 4. Have not seen any major milestone of tech up. E-commerce platform is far from digitalisation. The user acquisition cost can easily eat up the thin gross profit of their business, NOT very helpful. The stock price will not go up much, it may spike a bit, and then go back to 0.03c range or even lower, Lets see.

The price moved as I predicted. BB is not short selling, they are actually unloading. Why? I want to emphasize that, without FX gains, the company actually made a LOSS, this happened even when revenue increased by more than 500%. This clearly shows how vulnerable and perhaps unsustainable of their business. I fully understand why SGX still not approved the exit. The company is making accounting profit, but it also making operating loss. Literally it met the criteria but it did not demonstrate sustainability of their business. It is difficult for SGX to make a decision. It could go either ways. The price will definitely drop below 0.035 and very likely to go below 0.03. It is still extremely overvalued. Until the management' s story shows some real action and clarity, the reasonable price range should be 0.01-0.015
