You are right. Every time I am analysing the company and stock price, nothing personal. I am not against the company' s management. I am just expressing my views. Btw, I was introduced by my friend to come to this forum. My comments are based on my observations and analysis. maybe right or wrong. You said my comment contributed to the panic selling and price crash? what a pride. My comment came after the price crash, if you go back to the thread, you will see. Looking at the stock chart, what caused the price crash in Jan, tell me. Who dumped the shares? Can you explain? I am stating trading business' financial can be distorted but I am saying the company is doing so and I never said that the company management is engaging any criminal act, that is your own comment. I think SGX is doing a great job in this process. If the company is doing well, and stock price cheong up, I am also very happy. Before that, I believe in my own views and analysis. Can' t wait to see the company' s 1H result. Hope movement of stock price proves I am wrong.

Since you asked, I will reply. - Look what drives the company' s business growth, right, traditional trading business, what a surprise. Food tech? No. - Shrimp production is a food tech? possible. But look at the production capacity plan, hardly any significant impact on revenue. Long time to wait. overvalued stock price can wait? No. - Blockchain? what a story. Anyone familiar with blockchain technology and its application will put a big question mark. Won' t elaborate here. - Do you think the company is comparable with Amazon/Google/Tesla? Ask yourself, do you believe they are really comparable? - High growth company deserves high valuation, given that diruptive technology, clear revenue pipleline, 3x revenue growth driven by high tech, high gross profit margin. It is a kind of combination of these factors. Oceanus have theses factors? No. - Look at its P/S, P/E ratio last year, this year and next year, are you scared? I am looking it to drop below 0.02 in Q3 soon. Lets see.

It is perfectly okay to be a contrarian investor, and I wish you all the best in your investments. What is not okay is the lies and fear-mongering that you have been spreading about Oceanus to its investors.
Wild allegations such as the above diminishes your credibility as an investor. Nonetheless, let' s wait for the H1 2021 results which will provide the much needed clarity over the continued growth of Oceanus.

Any growth company is overvalued.. Amazon, Google have went through that path. Currently Tesla is the same. We need to look at the business... how it is positioned for the future and is that relevant. BTW, talking about overvaluation, do you mind elaborating about Oceanus?

Haha, BB is using bot and scripted programm to key in at 5.16pm and they will be the first in the queue. They just simply key in buy and sell at the same time. They are making huge profit from people buy from their sell Q and sell to their buy Q. I wonder which retailer can short this counter to make money? Make BB laugh only | ||||

No, I made quite a bit (3.6x return) during the uptrend early this year. I am shorting Oceanus now because it is very much overvalued. Btw, I am long in Sembcorp now, that one you can really make a great fortune in 3-5 years. Oceanus? so far I only see story telling.

retail investors buy into companes poised for pandemic rebound. Remain focused. You will not regretr. Do your sum. If Oceanus remained focused on food and related technology, it will not go down the drain. I give them top marks for the food technology and the management skills. For now if ytou start accumulating slowly with your spare money, you will not regret. 1) their cash is not in deficit,2) there are no overpaid indecent unkilled senior labour. You can lok at their compenatsion structure , they are reflected in the annual report. 3) Assuming that I am wrong in my assessment, the benefits outwiegh your riks. Assuming you lose your investments, you will not lose your poants . 4) Load what you can affoprd. 5) Using the latest financial statements and hypothetically assuming there is no change in profitabiliy, your share value will multiply by 12.5 times in the next 1 to 2 years. ( conservative caculation. ) If hyflux had remained in the water technology instead of diversificaion and have a good cash management process, they will not collapsed. Their technology is so well famed that I had friends in the Eypty asking me whether I can link them up with Hyflux to do a joint project in the Suez Cnanal like our newater. For allinetsments, look at the management. Despite what analysts had said I think Semcorp Marine is a good investment. Unfortunately the people who brought down a S$6.00 per share Co to their knees are still in total control. But one good thing is that the rights issue will put the company in good liquid position as Temasek had agreed to take up majority of the rights. We can talk until the cows come home, the world cannot do without oil . The oil price had also spiked in the last few days. There have been talks years ago to do away with coal but coal mines are still thriving. Now the demand is so high in China, there is a short supply. Please remain focused. If in doubt, write to their investor relations, they will respond. Cheers |

SGX has done a great job to wait for half year result release to decide if approve exit. It is good the they play a key role in this process as there is a question of business sustainability of the company. Last year result was a slight profit, and SGX knows financials of any trading business can be easily distorted or even manipulated, so they are cautious and require more time to approve the exit. This is to protect the interest of retail investors in the long run. I keep my view that the stock price will collapse even there is 300% growth of trading revenue. The company is ridiculously overvalued, not to mention the possibility of achieving 300% growth. The valuation range should be 0.01-0.015, justified by its financials and forseen growth. |

I went to see the " post for hire" after seeing your post. OMG, they are hiring various post for " Merger and Aquistion" manager and a whole lot of other position incuding purchasing, sales and marketing and IT. Dunno since when they have been on a lookout but seems nothing but good news to me.

Go Pressure SGX to od their job properly. 83 Days liao Email: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] Dear SGX RegCo, Oceanus submitted an application as you said on 13 April 2021. It has now been exactly 12 Weeks or 83 Days since the submission of the application. Surely SGX has to work faster than this or give a timeline. As shareholders and retail market participants, there' s publuc interest to understand what is causing the delay or holdup on a decision being made.
We do hope to hear an answer asap. Thank you.
