x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Instead of subscribing to the 2021 Mcb, it is cheaper to buy the 2020 MCB from open market which is already one year and has the, same expiry date as the 2021 mcb but has a higher pay out 1.8+ per MCB. Those who bought at below $1 is a real bargain compared to the 2021 Mcb. I walk in to OCBC just now, the staff saying he will still submit the application for me but not grantee and most likely will be reject. If I go to ATM to apply again, end up both OCBC and ATM machine approve what will happen? They will refund my extra amount submission
