You talk about patience and what they said, never go deeper into the company' s business. Perhaps you don' t understand well enough about their business, just cross figures and wait patiently for their story to come true.

1. No update on Exit of Watch list. Given the current business model, SGX is likely to wait to see half year financial report to evaluate the sustainability of the company.

2. Even the Prawns are ready for commercial launch tomorrow, and soon reach 1000 tons of production, the impact on revenue and profit is very little. Face the truth, you can do the simple maths.

3. Blockchain is the story the company tells. They don' t have the expertise to do this, and what is the point of developing so called blockchain technology by the company itself. Even if they want to do this, most likely they will use other' s technology. What is more, the development of blockchain platform requires all parties getting involved in the value chain, including upstream and downstream commercial partners. Oceanus is very very far from building up this ecosystem. Since the management mentioned blockchain, this further convinced they are story tellers.

4. I can assure you 1st half result is very disappointing, compared with current high valuation.

Can not wait to see the stock price collapse. You have my word.

Though the delay is wholly on SGX side.  No idea why it takes so long to confirm 3 simple criteria, which made me conclude they are doing a more comprehensive review to ensure Oceanus is able to stay out of the watchlist going forward too.  Certainly not an issue given the FYE 2021 earnings.

I am afraid it is very unlikely there will be any corporate actions / announcements from Oceanus before the SGX announcement.  They will not risk affecting the review process in any way.

But we are not that far away.  Hoping to get the announcement before end June 2021.  Otherwise, it starts to look bad on the efficiency of SGX..
