Listed on the Catalist board of the SGX-ST on 21 July 2017, Union Gas believes that a listing on the Mainboard would provide the Company with greater visibility and recognition in the market and amongst investors and enhance the image and profile of the Company both locally and internationally. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If Im not wrong, I recall there was a confirmation from WY during AGM that MT has already submitted the application to Mainboard to SGX. Anyone can confirm? Or does he mean an INTENTION to transfer? There were no official update announcement in the SGX. I only recall there was INTENTION to transfer then no further updates. Look at ASPEN and UNION GAS.  Can MT update? If they are really waiting for SGX, then be PROACTIVE, management should try to ask the SGX for clarification. something is not right with 6 months of wait definitely, maybe 1 year also no news!

And MT is trying to prove that it is not a 1 time wonder due to pandemic and moving forward, it is able to substain its profit and growth as well. Hopefully with FY2020 results along with Q12021 and next quarter results, SGX can approve the transfer. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Original submission to transfer to Mainboard  was made around 16th Nov. 2020. Medtecs was a small company. WY did mention that he might have to submit  FY results in April to SGX. From April to  now it is about 2 months. Union Gas submitted on 27/4/2021  and was approved on 10/6/21 --about 7 weeks. Aspen submitted on 26/10/2020 and was approved on 23/12/20--about 2 months. But these are mature companies with regular revenues and profits, and approval was more easily maintained.
