Cheap can get cheaper.....Never underestimate this counter. Look at how long it been sleeping at this range, occasionally push to 4 and then press all the way to 2 and continue sleeping. You needs a lot of patient... only worth it if you think have future (?) and plan to hold and wait. I am in long time ago, no choice. Hope one day up there can be kind to me to get out at my cost...... That is for me. Not worth it at all. |

As mentioned in this announcement. https://links.sgx.com/FileOpen/RUL20210430%20HZLH.ashx?App=Announcement& FileID=664585 The Board of Directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of Renaissance United Limited (&ldquo RUL&rdquo or the &ldquo Company&rdquo and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) wishes to update shareholders of the Company (&ldquo Shareholders&rdquo ) that its indirect subsidiary, Hubei Zonglianhuan Energy Investment Management Inc (&ldquo HZLH&rdquo ) has reached an out-of-court settlement with its contractor, Wuhan Yuyun Municipal Engineering Co., Ltd. (&ldquo WYMECL&rdquo ) (武 汉 市 禹 韵 市 政 工 程 有 限 公 司 ). On 30 November 2020, the Company announced that that HZLH received a court order to pay a monetary judgment for an amount of RMB40,387,273 (S$8,267,275) to WYMECL. The amount represented trade payables claimed by WYMECL. The principal terms of the settlement which were approved by the Court are that HZLH is to pay the sum of RMB 28,110,319 (approx. S$5,754,182) over an approximate 40-month period. At the Company&rsquo s level, the Board is assessing alternative avenues to re-finance HZLH&rsquo s trade payables including a possible fund raising. They announced they need to made a overdue payment in China Gas operation. Better still placement at good price and not further dilute current SH. It is be Best their China key staffs cannot raise fund and need to dilute their shareholding. IPCO got screw by them last time due previous incompetence management. Share of China operation dropped to 65% ? from??. Got screw big time, hope this time can it back. |
