I think removal of watchlist + half year + BLOCKCHAIN for their food production. Remb this is HODL. A company' s stock price reflects investor perception of its ability to earn and grow its profits in the future. ... If a company' s stock price is performing well along with the company, the company is likely to receive more favorable press from analysts and the media.   company' s stock price reflects investor perception of its ability to earn and grow its profits in the future. But it is not always the case if the share price is depressed by majority shareholders to take over at cheap price. The prevention of a   reason that a corporation might be concerned with its stock price. If the majority shareholders voted to sell   the shares   to the take   over     company at dirt price, it is not fair to the minority retail   shareholders. It will be a long drawn battle for the minority shareholders if they are aggrieved because SGXco will use the current share price as a bench mark to address any concern. It is very difficult for valuer to value the company based on future potential. They will likely to   base on the break up value of the company book value. The ultimate result is that the retail investors will stand to lose. Head they lose, tail they lose. It is time retail investors stand united to fight for   fair treatment. SPH is one very clear example. The majority shareholders appoint the CEO, losses retail investors shared equally.
