 Alert Admin 		i dun have BUT  market always delay reaction one.. like Semb Ind also before the restructuring, trading way below potential.. even went down to $1.. then now almost double..

U will be surprised that share price remain low becos investors only chiong to buy when restructuring completed. Semb Ind is the best example.

CLIM NTA $2.80 for Asia largest Reit manager and one whose parent is temasek, u can look at temasek linked reits like Mapletree etc.. all trading above NTA.

Worse come to worse, CLIM even if trade below NTA say $2.50 which gives u a total of $2.50 + $0.955 cash + around $0.30 capital comm trust = around $3.8.

U still earn a profit if u buy at $3.7 now...

Maybe some ppl scared this deal will be voted down.. i dun see it happening

The mkt seems to value it now at  3.66 - 1.25 = 2.4. So whether we huat depends very much on it.

After the restructuring, u will get cash 95.5 cents, 1.55 lots of Capitaland comm trust worth about 30 cents.
So total about $1.26

Then 1 lot of CLIM (reit manager) NTA $2.80. Expect this CLIM to trade at least 1.2x NTA (conservative estimate) becos of it' s size (Asia largest reit manager)  ==> $3.4 

Total $4.5 

I dun think CLIM will trade at 1.2x only. Has the potential to go to 1.5x within 6 mths.

The price weakened has actually to do with the weakening of its REITs in particular Cap Integrated Com. With news of a China property revival, it should be back up soon. Short term I see 3.70 +. Closer to EGM and restructuring completion, it will be a $4 plus plus stock. Heavily vested

CapitaLand acquires remaining equity interest in DLSP-Ascendas Co for 501m yuan
 
CAPITALAND said on Thursday that it acquired the remaining 50 per cent stake in DLSP-Ascendas Co, which owns Dalian Ascendas IT Park in China, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.
 
The property giant acquired the stake from its joint-venture partner for 501 million yuan (S$103.9 million) through its Singapore wholly-owned subsidiary Ascendas (China), with the view of obtaining full control of Dalian Ascendas IT Park.
 
The consideration sum took into account the adjusted net asset value of the acquired interest as at March 31, 2021.
 
In connection with the acquisition, the joint-venture partner has been granted a call option, which it can exercise six months after the date of the conditional equity transfer agreement for the acquisition to repurchase the acquired interest.
 
The acquisition is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the CapitaLand group for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2021.

Entire adult population in S' pore can probably get first vaccine dose by early August 2021: MOH

The issue is will the fast speeding variant affect thousands before they
ger the vaccine ? Here I am concerned about the young as it seems 
to target the young.
