x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Although I want to laugh, I would say never say never. at one time some six or seven years ago, Luong at at AGM Buffett break, expressed his hope of attracting an Hong Kong investor to invest into the company. Why Hong Kong, I don' t know.   But we were only guessing he may eventually want to attract a Chinese guy to buy over. Rest assured, he will get his holding back to 20%. How he does it, you have to watch. Maybe through his holdings in other company like JEP, or a bonus issue, or reward or remuneration in shares, or secondary listing, I don' t know. Because I don' t know how it works.

You can email them and they will answer. As for Loung selling, it is not like he' s running road. In fact it should be an indication of the company doing well because he is material witness to any bad news that will cause the price to sink. If he sold because he knew the company has lost a major client for example or will report losses for the next quarter, he will be in serious trouble with SGX. He has his reasons for selling, and I already listed some earlier on. And what I said about him and his vision and aspiration, I didn' t make them up. As I said, the time to talk about UMS is when everyone is sleeping. It is not like once upon a time, when, every time when he sold the price tanked although the company was doing very well. When shareholders met him at AGM, no matter how he tried to explain - he has to pay high US taxes because he' s an American citizen, he wanted to buy his dream bungalow here and Penang, he needed to pay for her daught' s high education etc-   the market was not satisfied. then his vision, and aspiration for the company started to sink in, especially with his determination to build it into a billion dollar company. Alas, his hope of a secondary' s listing in Korea was abandoned, but he may well revive it elsewhere. The big boys have direct access to the company, but the minority shareholders dont. Otherwise many shareholders will have lots of fear. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I' m beginning to think that there could be something fishy in this company.  If their business is anticipated to be good going forward, why would he be in a hurry to unload into the open market?  Even if we take into account that he may be accummulating funds to buy JEP, but the acquisition of JEP should be using UMS' company funds, not his own personal funds.
