Of course, who don ' t want Oceanus chiong fast to 10 cents so we can ALL celebrate and tell our  friends we are trading or investment gurus. But Patience is a Virtue, and I think for me at least I will be happier when Oceanus goes to 10 cents based on Fundamentals. I think 3-4 cents is a consolidation phase, Im fully vested already so im just gonna sit tight, and min 8 cents b4 even considering selling. but prob start the sells at 10.
