Looking at the unaudited results, the company only reported 40 plus mil revenue, maybe the company haven't book in the revenue and keep for next quarter reporting or the company have no sales at all other den the two contracts. Company also mentioned looking at new sites to ramp up production of PPE, maybe they already have alot of long term contracts or else why ramp up production now and not last year. I personally feel that someone is intentionally pressing down the price to collect cheap. Just sharing my opinion and don't flame me. Hope everybody huat ah. Because as mentioned by the company, in 2020Q4, customers are cautious not to place huge orders due to the vaccine news and if orders in 2020Q4 are booked and realised only in the following quarter (2021Q1), then that would explain the huge drop in revenue. And the group has observed a trend that customers started placing larger volume orders in 2021Q1, and if this will be realised in 2021Q2, then we can expect significant increase in revenue + profit, even to the extend of measuring up to 2020Q2. We can only hope the above stays true. No one knows exactly how long the contracts for X amount lasts for how many months. If the calculated USD20 million sales is over 1 year, then it is really bad. Lets take into consideration of 2 possible scenarios, if they have booked that in 2021Q1, then the results is really devastating because in pre-covid they were booking like USD15mil/quarter or so. Without this USD20mil+, the revenue would have been just low USD20mil, not much of an improvement to pre-covid. This would signify that demand has fallen short by alot or the group is losing their market share and newly added customers are not re-ordering and existing customers are already reducing their orders or even cancelling them. Need to monitor for the next quarter to see if this is due to timing or a seasonal issue where at the beginning of every year, clients need to secure budget for that entire year before having the capacity to place orders. If coming quarterly results does exhibit the same behaviour with weakness, then it will be a real concern as we don' t expect the group to continuously win USD20mil+ contract from  Philippines and  Cambodia  every quarter.  However, if it wasnt booked in 2021Q1, they might have intentionally push it to the next quarter so that the results don' t look too shabby when compared YoY with 2020 (Q2 is the second highest revenue for 2020), would certainly be hard to beat. The group did mentioned that they are already looking at new sites, but have not shared much information. Simple things like, the proposed site to be located in which country, or maybe its another site in Cambodia?), what is the planned capex they deciding to allocate? Are they waiting for commitment from their clients before moving ahead with the plans? What type of PPE are they looking to manufacture (if it is masks, this will be a huge concern). I felt that the group has been spending all their resources promoting in Taiwan (new masks design and MT shield), winning contracts with  Philippines and Cambodia. Instead, they should be focusing on the bigger markets and securing long term contracts with North America and Europe. Its quite shocking that they currently do not have any long-term contract with North America GPO such as Premier.. guess its just on a need basis. This is quite a concern because there is little to no commitment that they can always switch to another supplier. Hope the sticky relationship does work with their customers. Also, was quite surprised the AGM questions did not ask about current factory utilisation and their planned capex for the year, knowing that they expanded their capacity last year but if that has went back down

So now throw back 100k out of 120k, DAMN PAINFUL. Overall from MT Stock still make but LOST 100K, actually more cause if u sold 1.98 ATH (was in queue 1.99 on that very day). Sigh.  MT: Bye forever for me at least. Numbers have GROSSLY Changed, also personally for me I look at their New Products: Stylus Pen, Spray etc, Im doubtful those will fly or have high barriers. So for me is painful Cut Loss.
