x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	STANDARD CHARTERED SAY GOOD DEAL  !!!!!   CapitaLand, which owns 65.3% of CapitaMalls Asia, carved out the unit and sold shares in 2009, raising $2.8 billion. The deal will help the developer with its increased emphasis on mixed-use developments, those that include residential, commercial and retail projects, according to Standard Chartered Plc.   &ldquo CapitaLand is doing a lot more integrated projects compared to when they did the listing of CapitaMalls, so the deal is a good investment by CapitaLand,&rdquo said Singapore-based Regina Lim, head of Asian property research at Standard Chartered.
