CEO started by mentioning FY 2020 is an unprecedented good year and will be a challenge to exceed 2020 performance BUT he mentioned they will take the challenge to better it. Also mentioned 2021 will be profitable and dividend will be given to reward all shareholders. Feel good and reassuring. The rest of the proceeding basically to approve resolutions. Think there are projected goodies that kongsi cannot yet disclose in this agm, so just got to be patient lah. Current div yld is 6.2% pa, but am expecting future ylds will be higher than current for at least the next 2-3 years, as ppe will be still widely sought after even as the pandemics wane. If the next HY result give div as good as current, the projected div is 11.2c or 10.3%div yld. Wow compared to bank' s fd of 1%. No wonder price is heavily suppressed by LH to RH kakias for their BBs to pick and pick, esp from weak holders and pocket empty contras. Anyway think not for contras, as short term rewards could be peanuts, and risks could be coconuts.
