Looking at the following short covering and price response.. Weekending Outstanding Short Position Share Price 1 Apr 2021 20 022 600 $1.30 (Avg) 9 Apr 2021 18 411 500 $1.37 16 Apr 2021 16 932 100 $1.43 (Today' s finish) Studying the above trend, it looks like every 2 million share covering causes the share price to move by about 7 cents up.. And with the ex date on 30 Apr 21, and still with a huge 16 million outstanding short positions, it wont be surprising to see the price shoot up to $1.60 next week.. Happy Investing.. |

" Buy the Rivers of bullish Stone..." Down channel broken- Connect the high on 7th August 2020 to the high on 9th Nov 2020, that downtrend line was broken on 8th April 2021, thats positive. Big picture higher low(1.21) on 23rd Mar 2021 higher than the low(1.06) on 18th Dec 2020. Small picture higher high(1.37) on 8th April 2021 which is higher than 24th March 2021(1.32) and another higher high at 1.40 on 16th April 2021 that was broken today (1.44). 20ma has also started to turn up in the last few sessions. When the 20ma turn with upward slope jjust like in Jan 2021 price trend up. This is my visual method of viewing an uptrend. Next look out if can take out resistance at 1.46 being high on 22nd Feb 2021, stronger resistance at 1.59. Support at 1.36 and 1.32 to hold. For short term trader exercise stop below 1.32 which is also under the 20ma. Strong support 1.20/1.22, must not trade blow for uptrend to remain intact. Dunno how to upload chart. |

Yes. Normal time shortist can slowly cover back. But if trend set in, other BB start to buy could spoil their tempo and accelerate cover back.
BB not only earn from retailer, profit consider smaller. So they could be targeting another big player like shortist. When approaching dividend, shortist is not in favor. |
