Dear Shareholders, Since we last spoke, the management team and I have been working hard and setting things in motion for our Tech Up Phase. We have come far on this journey &ndash but we did not do it alone.
When I joined the Oceanus family six years ago, I made a promise to all shareholders with the Clean Up Phase: To clean up our operations, pull the company out of the red and set it on a path of growth. NAYSAYERS and CRITICS were plenty, but I never once lost heart.

Oceanus Group applies to exit SGX-ST watch-list The company will now have to meet the specific financial exit criteria by 15 April. Mainboard-listed Oceanus Group has submitted an application requesting to exit the watch-list of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST), according to an exchange filing. The group, which has been on the watch-list since 2015, has been granted four extensions to exit, with the most recent extension lasting 19 months until 1 March. Oceanus said it will update its shareholders on the results of the application. SGX-ST approved on 11 March the company&rsquo s application to extend its time to meet the financial exit criteria by 15 April. Should it fail to meet the requirements of Rule 1314 of the listing manual to exit the watch-list, it will provide a &ldquo fair and reasonable&rdquo exit offer to its shareholders, and be delisted from the SGX-ST. The offer also includes a cash alternative as the default alternative. |

Dear Friends, Do not be too overtly concerned on the share price and whether it will exit the watch list. All the information are eadily avilable. Dont listen to all rumours. The writing is on the wall. please go to https://simplywall.st/stocks/sg/food-beverage-tobacco/sgx-579 stocks-recent-performace. Is good article written on oceanus. I used the same methology to estimate the share value of oceanus. In terms on risk and returns, oceanus is a good bet. in view of current govt support and disruption to the food supply chains, oceanus is good for the neext 1 or 2 years. Coupled with the fact that Japan is recleasing contaminated water into the sea, it may stay profitable for a further period. Most of the inestors are sufferring from mental fatique. When this happened, the investors mentally can no longer ait, they will just sell the shares. For any investment, stay focused. Dont worry about the daily votality of the shares. Lookk at the fundamental to decide on your investment. |

Oceanus up 5% following application to exit SGX watch-list
SHARES of mainboard-listed Oceanus Group saw brisk trading on Tuesday, making it the third-most active counter by volume on the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
The counter hit an intraday high of 4.4 Singapore cents. As at the midday break, it was 5 per cent or 0.2 cent higher at 4.2 cents, with 87.7 million shares changing hands. The counter was the fourth-most traded at the time.
According to Shareinvestor data, no married deals were recorded as at that time.
The active trading came after the seafood supplier submitted an exchange filing requesting to exit the SGX watch-list.
Oceanus, which has been on the SGX watch-list since 2015, has been granted four extensions to date to exit the watch-list. It was granted a fourth extension lasting 19 months until March 1 this year, with effect from the expiry of the third extension on July 31, 2019.
An issuer on the watch-list may apply to be removed from it if it records consolidated pre-tax profit for the most recently completed financial year (based on audited full-year consolidated accounts), and has an average daily market cap of S$40 million or more over the last six months.

That consider little for a high volume stock like oceanus. BTW u nv know if it is real selling queue or BB selling queue to suppress the price. One second it can be gone suddenly
