Medtecs has been hovering 90 plus cents for a long long time.. underperforming the last few days of run up by gloves counters. Its time will come for such undervalued stock.

Meanwhile, lets not speculate or come out with too many theories such as Yang warriors or SGX not approving etc.. Wait for more updates starting AGM news next week as mentioned by Bro Greg.

 Alert Admin 		The usual pump to dump by LH to RH fulltime kakias.
Remembered some kind forumer recently warned it got pumped to 101 and then dumped down to maybe around 95/96, trapping many unprepared contras.
Favorite profitable pastimes by LH to RH but miseries for itchy finger contras. Usual tricks and traps. Whatodo.
Think that' s y kongsi got wise, know buyback no use, cannot outplay the tang chiak players probably from broking houses and whatnots.
Also maybe reason y sgx no approve MainBoard transfer for almost 5 months cos approve also no use, more contras will kena trapped and lose their pants to BBs and their kakias. They also cannot prevent these BBs and kakias playing their tang chiak games, otherwise where does their fees come in?frown

Thanks for reaching out.  The date of the AGM will be announced next week together with the annual report and AGM notice.  Dates for dividend payment will be announced soon in due course.
 
We will announce progress on our Mainboard transfer application if and when we have anything material  to share, of course.
 
As for  2, I' ll have to get back to you on that.
 
As for 1, the reporter had the amount for the Philippine military contract wrong  We would get in touch and ask the reporter to rectify.

However, it is never right for a public listed company to leave its shareholders hanging in the dark like now. During the corporate presentation previously, they clearly iterated that they will follow up and are hopeful that there will be updates soon.

Moreover, based on SGX listing rules, AGM must be announced at least 14 days before excluding the date of the announcement. Since there has not been any announcement thus far on the AGM date, it seems it is definitely not going to be happening any time in the next 2 weeks.

With good profit then with good share price. Imagine they spend all their focus on the share price buying back shares to support it. Then where do they have the cash to expend their business. Agreed. The management recent actions after the last presentation have been really poor. They have not given any updates on the mainboard listing, no AGM announcement, even the mentioned dividend has not been officiated. It is as if they just stopped all communication with their shareholders.

I did notice however it seems they appear to have given up on the share price and instead are working on expanding their brand name and business in TW. If you look at their official Facebook account, there has been plenty of events in which they have actively participated

Thailand has detected at least 24 cases of the coronavirus variant B.1.1.7 first identified in Britain, a government health expert said on Wednesday, its first known domestic transmission of the highly contagious variant.
 
The SARS-CoV-2 variant known as B.1.1.7 has been found in more than 100 countries and has been blamed for fuelling new waves of infections in record numbers.
 
The UK variant was found in a cluster of 24 visitors to entertainment venues in Bangkok, which were detected at the weekend. Nearly 200 such venues have been closed for two weeks.
