Currently, the total number of issued shares as at 31 December 2020 is 24,296,921,463 shares.  Which means, so long as the share price is above $0.00164 per share the past 6 months, it will have fulfilled this criteria. For sake of discussion, in the unlikely event Oceanus gets delisted, it is incorrect to say that the CEO and management goes away unscathed.  Private companies are way more illiquid, and given that the CEO holds more than 10% of Oceanus, it will be difficult for him to find a buyer for his shares.  It is likely he will have to take a significant discount on the latest valuation to cash out his portion.  The discount will be in the multi-millions, at least 100x more than his CEO annual salary.  We retailers will likely be allowed to exit via tag along clauses, at a discount to the last known valuation (i.e. share price on the day Oceanus gets delisted).  In short, there is nobody that wants Oceanus to remain listed and get out of the watchlist more than the CEO and the major investors.  That, I can assure you. For completeness, the exit from watchlist is not a " hopeful" 50-50 scenario.  The criteria for exit is clear: " record consolidated pre-tax profit for most recently completed financial year, AND post an average daily market capitalisation of at least $40 million over the last six months."   In addition, SGX takes into account the audit opinion of the FS and sustainability of profit. As far as we know, Oceanus has already achieved both criteria.  This is factual.  Read their quarterly earnings.  However, the quarterly reports did not need to be audited.  Thus, the focus now is on the finalistion of the audit for FYE 2020 and discussion on sustainability of profit with SGX. In summary, whether Oceanus exits the watchlist or not is not a flip of a coin.  If anything, it is way more likely that they do based on the aforementioned than they don' t.  Have a healthy dose of scepticism, but do not let that manifest into misgivings and paranoia.  Trust your due diligence and the facts.
