Looks like those at the helm of the ship, have gone for pre CNY celebrations - still no response to 23rd Jan email questions from SIAS, the same organisation that awarded them, the Most Transparent and Governance award in 2019. |

Most of the time one wonders whether the Independent Directors, the Audit Committee whether they add value. When all is well, they collect their remunerations..and increment. When the shit hits the fan.... radio silence... studying how to hire independent reviewer, advisers, etc to conduct independent review... Or for some, resign to pursue personal interests |

IMO, If AEM loses money for 2023 it may go back to covid low of around $1.35. It is best to avoid this stock for now until 2023 financial result is out. | ||||

No response yet: 1) Jan 14, 2024 Co disclosed the inventory shortfall 2) Jan 22, 2024 Co clarified announcement of Jan 14 2024 3) Jan 23 2024, SIAS asked for clarifications. No response as of 31 Jan 2024 from the Co. Could this be due to: 1) Unable to respond yet 2) Unwilling to respond yet So much for SIAS 2019 Best Transparency and Governance award. Maybe SIAS could consider revoking the award, if the repsone is still not received by this week. However unlike the US$20 million abitration settlement, the invenory shortfall could not be termed as Confidential... although the details of the arbitration settlement are highlighted in Adantage Press Announcment which is available online. Meanwhile fasten your seat belt and sit tight. |

I am convinced the whole debacle was purely the result of a human error as disclosed and that this could be a timely entry point. Have entered accordingly and will average down if needed - believe share price performance could deteriorate further upon release of the FY23 results announcement. #DYODD | ||||
