There are 2 Ways to Exit SGX Watchlist: Bad Way which FJ Benjamin DID, From Mainboard DOWNGRADE to Catalist, then out of Watchlist Good Way (Oceanus Way): Exit Watchlist while Staying in Mainboard. 2 Very Different Matters. Mainboard + Out of Watchlist = Got Outside channce become Wilmar level. Announcement (a) states that there is an application to transfer the company from the Mainboard to the Catalist board of SGX. Memory refresh: Most ?promoters? which you claimed was stating what was presented in their Facebook. Oceanus is preparing to exit watchlist in April and the results will be announced in Q3 and Q4 of 2021. Just go and read up on their Facebook. 2. Announcement (b) states that someone says their financial statement is untrue and will be subjected to investigation by CAD. What is this? Does this point sounds like promoting? Hello? Wait. Does point A sounds like promoting at all? How is this a double edge sword? Please dude, read the announcement again. And again. Fair Warning to EVERYONE here on Forums, we ALL want to Make Money but you better NOT make statements that are false and defamatory. I am so thankful for this. I do hope the Company and Mr Peter Koh pursues this fully, in fact I do hope even we shareholders can sue these people.  The truth of the Recent Sell-Down is not the Company or Management but the Brokerages (they have done this numerous times), and SGX/MAS refuses to do anything about these Brokerages. When keep going up, they keep letting you all buy. But when they short and when they want to crash, they stop you from buying, making the crash even more spectacular. So please Blame the Right People.

Yes, everyone can have different views, however, if those views are a threaten to the company and CEO reputation, those are not views anymore. It will be seen as an attack.
