Likewise, it cannot keep dropping to the floor unless it is a condemned company destined for failure. Oceanus had seen its worst and is turning over a new leaf and is growing and should be value for money at certain price - the market will decide on the premium it should command.

However, u can keep till the next cny and hope for another story
