1. Higher valuation of its properties at Sim Lim or City Plaza 2. Some white knight want to buy City Plaza at a high price since Paya Lebar is the new office hub. 3. Reported higher valuation of its listed securities. |

Second Chance book value is 32.96 cents. If their properties and securities are sold, chances are this share can go up to 33 cents. Then the warrant should be 8 cents. Wow no wonder the company is buying its own shares. And if the warrant can trade on the money, wow that would be a multi bagger. The queue to sell is 0.2 cents. Is this a price anomaly? | ||||

This does look Juicy. Even if you are just betting ... the most u will lose is just 0.002 .... but if you win, it could be multiple times .... it' s like Casino, but the risk/ reward is so much higher. Why still go Casino, this is even better. Can' t imagine the reward if there is news regarding City Plaza ..... |
