Out of the SMM 12 billion shares, 4 billion shares are the amount of free shares to SCI shareholders .The rest of the 8 billion are owned by Temasek and others who will not sell unless prices are way above 30 cents Out of the 4 billion, half likely are waiting for much higher prices like many forumrrs here. There are likely big fish waiting to start a mega short squeeze once some positive news flow are in.
