We also see further upside potential to our TP if the company confirms its intention to raise its dividend payout for FY22F and beyond after its debt repayment programme ends in FY21F. On track for strong 2H20 earnings and a sustained recovery ahead.  We have raised our FY20F and FY21F earnings by 10% and 7% respectively after factoring in higher throughput volume assumptions. We expect exports out of China to remain firm for at least the first half of 2021 as many parts of the world remain in lockdown while a synchronised global recovery in the second half would also be a boost. More confident of higher dividends from FY22F onwards.  With an improving earnings outlook bolstering the Trust ' s cash flow and balance sheet, we are confident that the Trust will not look to extend its HK$1bn per annum debt repayment plan beyond 2021 and is therefore likely to raise its DPU payout significantly from FY22F onwards. Raise TP to US$0.27 maintain BUY.  Our DCF-based TP is raised from US$0.22 to US$0.27 to account for our raised earnings forecasts and as we roll over our base year to FY21F, while maintaining WACC at 8%

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Dont worry too much..Uncle give you one tip..This is the first time since listed HPH announce result on 8 of FEB...Chinese saying is HUAT AH..SUPERMAN GIVE TIP LIAO..U all don catch the hint i also cannot help you.. sure.can.work      ( Date: 02-Feb-2021 21:41) Posted: Imo the last few days just doesn' t make sense......when the market went down.....it went down a lot.....but when the market went up a lot...it performs lack lustures despite anticipating of good results announcement......everyday there is this someonet parking 3 to 4k at the sales Q.....normally a genuine seller would Q bit by bit even if he or she wanted to offload a lot of shares....in that case the sales price will inch up higher and higher and he can fetch more......however this seller just block out everyone else to the party......I happened to transact 200 lots at different day...both at 0.210.....both the counter party is GS.....somehow I just had that feeling something big is coming......you never know....perhaps someone is trying to eat up all the retails......maybe to take this private......imo SGX is hopeless.... x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Imo the last few days just doesn' t make sense......when the market went down.....it went down a lot.....but when the market went up a lot...it performs lack lustures despite anticipating of good results announcement......everyday there is this someonet parking 3 to 4k at the sales Q.....normally a genuine seller would Q bit by bit even if he or she wanted to offload a lot of shares....in that case the sales price will inch up higher and higher and he can fetch more......however this seller just block out everyone else to the party......I happened to transact 200 lots at different day...both at 0.210.....both the counter party is GS.....somehow I just had that feeling something big is coming......you never know....perhaps someone is trying to eat up all the retails......maybe to take this private......imo SGX is hopeless....
