I did some research    Total outstanding shares in Sembmarine: 12,555,645,884    Total shares Temasek owns: 5,375,702,236    Total shares Temasek mopped up: 10.5 billion shares at 0.2= $210 million cost   Temasek ownership: 42.816%   0.158= 2 billion market cap   100-42.816= 57.184%   At 26% premium ($0.158 per share)= 2.520 billion    Temasek pays 1.441 billion + 200 million  =1.641 billion total for Sembmarine    Keppel O& M net asset: $1,774,612   Temasek total cost for merger: $1.641+$1.7746= $3.4155 billion (Not including fees which is minimum)   Savings of 584 million if take stake in Keppel and merge

Otherwise just punt it follow the patterns up and down.
