I now wish to share about maximizing the potential your capital by using margin trading. However, many may be sceptical about margin trading but many instances in your personal life, you are doing some sort of margin trading that you didn&rsquo t even realized. For example, you buy a car with loan ( you indirectly investing money into a depreciating asset ) in return for better way of life. ( using 10-40% down payment and margin/loan the rest of the amount ) And there goes the same for your property and many kind of asset. HPHT is a Reit which means using this margin to buy a bigger part of a growing Real estate asset but maintaining some interest which isn&rsquo t a bad idea afterall if you compare to buying a property in Singapore.   I wish to share a few platforms that can help you on margin trading.   Tiger Brokers which gives 40% margin to buy HPHT, which roughly means $10,000 can buy $25,000 worth of HPHT ( if you hold in long term, you are earning/losing x2.5 ) There will be interest incurred which can simply be covered by the dividends that the company issued. A simple math will tell you that, lets say the upcoming dividend is only 3%. you use $10,000, you get $300， but because of margin you get $750 ( isn&rsquo t that aswesome? ) How about interest?
