ComfortDelgro is an STI-component stock. It is also a defensive stock becoz boom time or recession time, you cant do without
transportation be it for commerce, commuting to work or for leisure and recreation. By virtue of it being an index stock cum
defensive stock, it earns a place in the portfolios of fund managers as well as institutions and high net worth retail investors
which is a very big plus. Becoz a stock which is in the portfolios of Tua Phows is one stock where every crisis or market
correction when there is price weakness, is an opportunity to buy more of that stock. Which expains why such a stock will
always bounce back and recover. The business operations and revenue streams of ComfortDelgro have been there all
along long before COVID-19 came and are still there today and will still be there post-COVID-19 when the virus is contained
or marginalised or eradicated. The revenue and earnings of ComfortDelgro is not dependent on COVID-19 remaining at peak
levels and taking hostage of the world' s economies. And COVID-19 will one day be put under control or the world will simply
learn to live with it just like the world has learnt to live with other communicable diseases but without shutting down its economies.
Riverstone is neither an index stock nor a defensive stock. The super extra-ordinary levels of earnings seen by Riverstone recently
is entirely dependent on COVID-19 remaining at peak levels indefinitely, which will not happen. Hence, to compare Riverstone with
ComfortDelgro is an inappropriate comparison.

Bro Thiamm,

That arrow in my chart is just a directional arrow to show which direction I think the stock will go.
That' s all. Dont place any price value to where the arrow ends.
I could have drawn the arrow a little longer or shorter.
It is just to show direction. Not price value.
And I have no price target.
This stock will find a bottom when the last bear has sold.
But for reference only, from her Monthly chart, I can see there was an Area of Demand at 96 cts to 1.06 cts.
See chart below.

Based on her Monthly Chart, below the 96 cts to 1.06 cts Area of Demand, the next one is at 57 cts to 65 cts.
Now, the distance from 96 cts, the higher Area of Demand to 65 cts, the lower Area of Demand is 31 cts which is quite a distance.
So to find another Area of Demand in-between the higher and lower ones, I go to her Weekly Chart and I found this.

That Area of Demand is from 84 cts to 90 cts.

Do bear in mind that these Areas of Demands were created when she was on her way up towards the peak.
She has since peaked out and is on her way down. When she was on her way up, people were willing to chase
the price and buy so that they can have a slice of the cake to buy low and sell high. Now, that landscape has changed.
She is on her way down. So that same enthusiasm to buy and to chase the price when she was on her way up with a
monkey in the driver' s seat in hot pursuit is probably not there anymore now that the monkey has left and she is still
falling in an unbroken downtrend. Charts are for guidance only. Nevertheless, to have them to guide us is still better
than not to have anything at all.

Bro or Sis walao1991,

I dunno if you are still holding or whether you already cut at 1.25 or at 1.24 when 1.25 broke.
After breaking below 1.25, the price continued to fall another 19 cts. Last Low is 1.06. Now 1.11 : 1.12.
If you didnt cut, that' s quite understandable. In this game, taking a loss is one of the most difficult thing to do.
Even if doing so is for our own good in the long run. Becoz in this game, everyone, trader or investor should
know that when we need to run away, there is no shame in doing so and we do it. When need to, we run away
so that we live to fight another day. If you did manage to bring yourself to cut, that was some 2 weeks ago. By
now, you should be feeling better. If you did cut, take comfort that you have stopped the bleeding. You dont have
to agonise day in day out anymore whether you should cut. What is left for you to do is to follow the stock down
in search of her bottom. She is still on a downtrend. When she has bottomed out and reversed, we should see
at the very least a technical rebound.

Why technical? So called becoz it is a bounce from being extremely oversold. The fuel for this technical rebound
will come first from shortcovering. It will be fierce. Why ? Becoz when shortists buy to cover, they are doing a very
happy thing - taking profits. Hence there is absolutely no fear or reservation when they buy. This buying is something
shortists will do without hesitation. Becoz they buy to lock in their profits. When shortcovering is ignited, the " buying"
by them will look very bullish and this will trigger a secondary wave of buying by bargain hunters who are waiting for
the U-Turn. Depending on how many outstanding SHORT positions there are in this counter and how many bargain
hunters there are waiting to buy or to average down and also how many opportunistic traders who are currently not
vested are attracted to jump into this stock to participate in its rebound, the total BUY volume of these 3 groups of
people will determine how high the bounce can go. We are not there yet. So this part of the discussion we keep for
another time when that day is closer. Meantime, have a good rest and take care.

If 1.25 breaks and you see the price freefall, cut.
If 1.25 holds and you see a bounce, follow the bounce up and wait for it to fizzle out first. Then cut.
That is if you want to cut and your question is WHEN to cut.
Having said that, cutting a losing position to take a loss is part and parcel of this game.
Take it in your stride.
In this game, you are a General. Your capital is your army.
If you cut, what' s left of your army will return to base to report to you for their next assignment.
My recommendation is dont send your men to fight their next battle in another medical stock again.
A question was asked...." What if COVID stocks have peaked?" and it got me thinking.
Ya, what if the Last High we saw was the mountain top and that' s it...these stocks having descended from the mountain..they are never
gonna go back up there again ? Then chiak lard. Then really shake head. So for the next battle, choose a good one for your men. Lead
them well and wait for ground conditions to be favourable before you send them out to fight again.

Everyone make decision on their own based on their own investment time frame and buy sell strategies.
You keep asking ppl to sell, cut loss etc..
If ppl sell at 1.06 based on your monkey analysis, how?
You save them? Pay them back?
You are so experience based on your beautiful charts and arrows, tell us what is the actual or right valuation for RS.

Btw, many of us do not call ppl to add or buy etc.
I just share the company and marco mkt news and its fundamentals.
None can 100% cfm the reversal of trend or when the glove companies will chiong back.
With the strong fundamentals intact and having unprecedented top and bottomline to be reported in coming quarters,
it is a matter of time the price will move to its right value imo. Many investors will have the same conviction i believe.
All still need to do DD. Chill.
