x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	From start of the year till now, to the reports from SCM stating that it is tendering for more than 10 projects, the prices swing due to its rights issue and big market float. Shortists took chances to sell down to 11.3 cents which fear of losing more will cause more selling. Now that Kayhian analyst come out with a report to say about it, it is the first day that we know there's no contract wins so far? Even without the report, that is already the fact now and amid the buying up to over 17 cents, that fact is never change. But because of one report that suddenly come out to state about some negative sides, then the 180 degrees change?? Lol. I find it so "tactical", if you know what I mean and what I feel about it. Or in another way, the stated 10 projects that SCM are tendering for, which was informed via SGX announcement, will suddenly vanish in thin air after the Kayhian report? Just a very "tactical" move in my own two cents opinions. Imagine what will happen when the contract announcement comes in near future while they shares are at lows of 15 cents or 14 cents (which accumulations by the parties involved). So, it's your call.
