The Yaos and the Sheng being substantial shareholders need to update their change in percentage holding. Their number of shares are unchanged. Convertible bonds, options, may alter the target somewhat, but it doesn' t change the basis if the intent of the new owner is indeed to create more value for shareholders (he is the major shareholder). Such options, etc, can be easily undone, if required. And what happens behind close doors, we don' t know - Hence management profile and character profiles of individuals is an important non-technical assessment (they have all passed remarkably in my opinion).
