Or perhaps they should, but that will depress the stock market further... ... I' d rather not eat for awhile than to get COVID and be hospitalised. The rich can buy up property as they like, but if COVID persists or worsens, they will, in all likelihood, still be confined to their ivory towers with their properties bought sitting idle with no takers in a weak economic environment.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Probabilities probably favour a lessening of the COVID than an upswing, with vaccines and cures imminent. And doubt there will be a similar severe lockdown again. That decision may well have been a mistake, which governments are trying to reverse.  The cost to the livelihoods of many may outweigh the threats to the vulnerable few.  Singapore has spiralled into a K-shaped outcome - the rich are buying properties like no tomorrow and the poor are losing their livelihoods and families are suffering. The other case is a temperature screener and swab assistant at Raffles Medical at T3 who had also gone to work prior to hospital admission. More community cases will come. Next CB coming?
