x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	SIA is rather like finished - pay of cabin crew and pilots should be decimated for the medium term, its like a lost generation of pay packets for this generation of air crew.  They should just quit and go China and Africa to look for new jobs. And SIA Management should just cut cut cut pay for these pilots and cabin crew to encourage them to leave faster.  Why do we need to pay their high salaries just so they can wayang and walk around and pretend to be care ambassadors on the ground?  This is utter nonsense and rubbish.  They had their good times and now they need to crash down to earth to the new reality.
