the market is so huge, just one slice is more than enough.

SMM is bigger than Keppel O& M now after the $2.1 billion cash injection. Also, Temasek owns 42.6% of SMM and only 20% of Keppel. So SMM should rightly claim the Singapore tag.

Singapore is a recognised global leader in FPSO, rigs and offshore wind. SMM should bravely claim the Singapore tag with Temasek' s backing. (Hope SMM' s mgt is monitoring this thread)

On this matter, anyone is entitled to their opinion. This is JMHO.

To me, keepel can invest, at least got chance to go up from current 4.50 to say 4.80 or hgher, then run lor. if hold longer oso possible to go further up but can crash anytime just like any stock when market turn sour due to war, etc.
so invest is quite different from 1 to another.maybe i should use speculate instead for short term buying.

SMM' s mgt is likely cracking their head about the name change. For me, Singapore Marine and Renewable    sounds great!

Nowadays, any company with renewable in their name is hot property. What do you guys think Any suggestion?

agreed with longtermer, after such a massive exercise, the management has to sort out things out.

applaud them for the vision and the gut to take a swift and bold move. next the confidence of scm has to be restored.
order book is good and liquidity is great.
new orders.

Waiting for TH to sort out their plan.
Coming results may be the catalyst for a re rating.
At this level of half of 30c NAV cannot go wrong imho.
