x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	temasek increased their stake in smm from the $600m plus their stake thru sci - temasek 49.3%and sci shareholders 50.7% before the exercise scm public shareholders is 39.1% and sci 60.1% 90.2% by the scm shareholders including excess. whitewash resolution stands scm is about to demerge on 11 sept 2020 and move forward ... hip hip hooray. merry christmas !!!

Didn' t do the maths (although my maths have been wrong recently... Will be really lao kui if it doesn' t turn up. For SCI, I am of the view it should get much better from here on or Q4... x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The interesting thing is this: Current SCI BV = 2.85, Share Price = 1.92 -> trading at 0.6737PB After demerger with 4.91 ratio, SCI BV = 1.46, if you use 0.6737PB, then ex price will be ~0.983 (1.92 - 0.983) / 4.91 = 0.1907 per SMM share, pretty close to the rights issue price. So if SCI ex above $1, the SMM is discounted.
