Don' t think so. That portion of money is loaned from the banks and not disbursed to SMM I think. It was a commitment to go up to 1.5B if necessary. It would be funny if they go loan the money to pay a special dividend to SH.

Just curious, if SCI need not cough out the extra 0.23B to underwrite the rights, would the company distribute the cash to the shareholders. Afterall, they intend to offset the 1.5b against the loan. TH will benefit more than 120M. | ||||

looking at the movement today, very likely it is the lower end of the dis. smm shares rallied while sci languishing this is just my observation. maybe after lunch sci will shoot through the roof imho

Usually the BB got mean to know the result before it announced. So, if they come in to buy, its GOOD !! Guess action will begin around 11+, b4 lunch break. Then small fish like me coming in after lunch to fish will be slow laiow. All the good fish taken by BB by then. its the rule of the game, BB always got the say and run. Wonder why i still playing, knowing all these, maybe because i can get some ikan billis lor. hahaha | ||||

Don' t think it is going to do much, at least in the morning. Maybe now it will prove me wrong.  There is an announcement to be made today on the ratio. Perhaps that plays a part. Also technically in the very short term it has turned negative. But of course the players if they wish could turn it around any time. The 1.91 touch this morning (mind you it happened so fast, like 1-2 seconds) made it so. But if you are not doing trading, these don' t matter. Just be patience ... Just an opinion. |

We have come this far, sit tight. Its an attempt to frustrate some weak hands our. Nothings changed. We still waiting to know if its 427 or 491. A bit disappointed that they didnt announce before open, so i guess now it will come in after close leaving just 1 day of trading tomorrow before we go ex. Someone dont want this to surge so they can snap up at low XD. Looking forward already to last 15 minutes of trading unless the news comes before that | ||||
